YOU ARE WHO YOU ALLOW IN YOUR SPACE ; GUARD YOUR 9 PORTALS 

Let’s be brutally honest your life is constantly being shaped by the people you spend time with, the music you let into your ears, the faces you watch on a screen, the voices you allow to speak into your heart, and the bodies you share your bed with.

And here’s the part most people ignore: you have nine portals  entry points into your soul  and every single one of them can either be a gateway for light or a doorway for darkness.

The Nine Portals of the Human Body

1. Eyes (2) Your windows to the soul.


2. Ears (2)  The doors to your inner world.


3. Nostrils (2)   Breathing in the atmosphere you choose to be in.


4. Mouth (1)   Both an entry and an exit; it feeds your body and releases your words.


5. Private Parts (1)  The deepest portal for intimacy and energy exchange.


6. Anus (1)  The exit for toxins, but also a physical boundary that can be violated.



Each of these portals is a sacred gate. Whatever comes in can shape you, and whatever goes out reveals what’s inside you.

How to Guard Your Portals

1 & 2. The Eyes

Your eyes feed your mind pictures that shape your imagination, desires, and decisions.

Guard them from images that plant lust, greed, fear, or comparison.

Watch things that educate, inspire, and expand you, not just entertain you.

Remember: what you constantly see becomes what you subconsciously seek.


3 & 4. The Ears

Your ears are like sponges  they absorb and store words, tones, and messages.

Be intentional with the music you play. Lyrics are seeds; melodies water them.

Don’t let toxic conversations rent space in your head.

Listen more to wisdom, truth, and uplifting voices than to gossip, lies, or hate.


5 & 6. The Nostrils

We breathe in more than oxygen  we breathe in the atmosphere around us.

Stay away from environments thick with negativity, violence, or constant stress.

Surround yourself with places and people that make you feel alive and peaceful.

Use scent as therapy  nature, clean air, essential oils to shift your mood and mind.


7. The Mouth

What enters your mouth can strengthen or weaken you. What leaves your mouth can heal or destroy.

Guard your diet  not just for your body, but for your discipline.

Speak life, not curses. Words are power, and once spoken, they can’t be undone.

Avoid feeding your body with excess, toxins, or substances that dull your spirit.


8. The Private Parts

This is the most spiritually, emotionally, and physically vulnerable portal you have.

Sex is never just physical  it’s an exchange of energy, soul ties, and spirits.

Guard your intimacy like treasure. Don’t let temporary pleasure cost you permanent damage.

Choose partners whose energy elevates you, not drains or contaminates you.


9. The Anus

It might seem purely physical, but it’s still a boundary of your body.

Respect your body’s design and keep it free from harm, violation, or abuse.

Maintain hygiene and health  because every part of your body is connected to your overall well-being.


Why This Matters

Your portals are sacred gates. If you let just anyone, anything, or any energy in, you’ll end up polluted, drained, and disconnected from your true self. Influence doesn’t come with flashing warnings  it slips in quietly through the eyes, the ears, the bed, the words, and the atmosphere you live in.

 Ask yourself ;

What am I constantly looking at?

Who am I listening to?

What environments am I breathing in?

What am I eating and speaking?

Who am I sharing my body with?


Because at the end of the day, what you allow through your gates becomes the foundation of who you are.

Guard them like a fortress. Protect your peace like your life depends on it  because it does.
