BREATHING WITH NATURE; HARNESSING FRESH AIR FOR ENERGY

Day 4: BREATHING WITH NATURE; HARNESSING FRESH AIR FOR ENERGY

A soft breeze brushes your face as you open the window. Somewhere, a bird calls. You step outside, barefoot if you can, and feel the cool ground beneath you. This is your reminder that every breath is an exchange with the earth your body’s first and most vital nourishment.

Step-by-Step Ritual

1. Morning Open-Air Breathwork

Stand near a window, balcony, or garden.

Inhale deeply through the nose for 5 counts, hold for 2, exhale through the mouth for 7 counts. Repeat 5–10 times.

2. Midday Grounding Break

Step outside or onto a balcony.

Close your eyes and take 10 conscious breaths while noticing the scents, sounds, and sensations around you.

3. Evening Wind-Down

Diffuse eucalyptus or lavender essential oil while practicing slow belly breathing.

This signals the body to shift from “doing” to “resting.”
