DAY 5: SACRED EATING ; TURNING MEALS INTO MEDITATION

🥗 DAY 5: SACRED EATING ; TURNING MEALS INTO MEDITATION

Your table becomes an altar. Colors, textures, and aromas invite you to slow down. Before the first bite, you take a breath and feel gratitude for the journey of the food before you. This is not just eating , it’s communion with nature.

Step-by-Step Ritual

1. Pause before eating. Take one full breath and notice your hunger level.

2. Observe your food’s colors. Appreciate the rainbow of nutrients before you.

3. Silently thank its source. Think of the farmers, the earth, the sun and rain that made it possible.

Nature’s Science

Eating slowly and mindfully activates your parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) system. This enhances digestion, nutrient absorption, and satisfaction, while reducing overeating and bloating.

Infused Water Recipe
