Step-by-Step Ritual

1. Switch off your devices for at least 2 hours. Create a pocket of silence in your day.


2. Go barefoot on grass, soil, or sand. Close your eyes and take slow, deep breaths. Feel your heartbeat syncing with the ground beneath you.


3. Journal one thought or image that arises during this quiet time. Let nature speak through you.
